Secrets of Nature
Nature connection retreat for physical, spiritual, and mental well-being
What if the peace, health, and happiness you’re seeking were right outside your door?
For nearly all of our evolutionary history, humans have spent most of their time outdoors. Yet today, many adults spend less than 30 minutes outside each day, and even then, much of that time only scratches the surface of nature’s benefits. With guidance and practice, it’s possible to experience the natural world in a new way—an ever-unfolding path of wisdom, healing, and support.
You’ll also learn practical ways to invite more of nature’s healing presence into your daily life—whether in your backyard, a neighborhood park, or along a favorite trail. On this retreat, you’ll be invited to rediscover the simple joys of reconnecting with your senses and to deepen your understanding of why nature is an essential (yet often overlooked) part of whole-person wellness.
No prior experience is required—just curiosity and an openness to explore.
Rachel Carson
“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.”
Together, we’ll uncover how purposeful connection with the natural world can:
Ease physical pain
Boost energy
Restore emotional balance
Calm the nervous system
Strengthen the immune system
Invite in creativity
