Whether you're seeking stress relief, greater clarity, or a more grounded daily rhythm, this introductory course offers practical tools for reconnecting with the Earth and yourself. Through Laura Adrian’s signature approach, Conscious Nature Connection, you’ll explore nature-based practices and guided meditations designed to support well-being, creativity, and inner calm.
Each week includes 1–2 accessible practices—ranging from seated meditation to mindful outdoor exploration. This is a nature immersion where you’ll be challenged to connect with nature daily and see what unfolds for you! You’ll also gain insight into the benefits of nature connection, learn how to navigate common challenges, and discover simple ways to integrate these tools into everyday life. Live sessions include space for reflection, questions, and community connection.

Hi, I’m Laura! I am a nature lover + yoga & meditation teacher + writer. I have been on the path towards deeper and deeper belonging for most of my life. I’ve delved into healing paths and modalities that have helped me to understand the nuances of meditation, both practical and spiritual approaches. I am the founder of Whole Life Elevation where I’ve developed a nature meditation path, Conscious Nature Connection. I have a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification from UC Berkeley plus I am have two yoga teacher certifications where I learned meditation. In addition, I’ve meditated on silent retreats for 100 days. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you!
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance, a credit to a future event will be offered. If a cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance, a refund will be offered minus a $10 processing fee.
