In times of stress, uncertainty, and disconnection, nature can offer space to set down our day-to-day activities, reconnect, and remember our shared humanity. The Space Between the Trees is a summer series of guided nature experiences designed to support reflection, grounding, belonging, and community connection.
Gatherings will take place in parks throughout the Twin Cities metro and may include mindful walking, meditation, nature connection practices, quiet reflection, journaling or creative expression, and opportunities for gentle conversation and community building. Experiences will vary by location and theme, blending movement, stillness, reflection, and opportunities to connect more deeply with nature and community.
Each gathering will explore a different theme, including grounding, emotions, beauty, belonging, and connection. Participants are welcome to attend one gathering or join for the full series.
These gatherings are open to all people and are intended to create supportive spaces for rest, reflection, healing, and connection during challenging times. No previous experience is necessary.
This is event is free. Registration is required. Reserve your space today!
Cancellation due to weather will be announced two hours before the event.
