Treat yourself to a nourishing day of yoga, nature connection, and deep restoration. Set down your to-do list and allow yourself to be guided through grounding practices designed to calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect you to yourself and the natural world.
The day will begin with an uplifting Kundalini-inspired yoga and meditation practice, creating space to awaken energy, clear mental clutter, and settle more fully into the body. From there, you’ll be guided through reflective and nature-based connection practices designed to deepen a sense of belonging, presence, and relationship with the Earth.
Each Coming Home retreat is shaped by the season, with new experiences, reflections, and practices woven into every gathering. Throughout the day, there will be space for gentle reflection, meaningful connection, and integration—helping you carry insights and nourishment beyond the retreat itself.
Seasonal herbal beverages will be provided, along with time to relax, connect, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You’ll also receive a special take-home gift to continue the nourishment beyond the retreat.
The retreat will close with a deeply restful yoga spa experience including restorative yoga, guided relaxation, and the option to receive craniosacral therapy.
People often leave this retreat feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and more connected—to themselves, to nature, and to what matters most. Join us for a day of renewal, reflection, and coming home to yourself.
