Change can be a difficult experience, yet it can also be the opportunity for possibility, growth, and new beginnings. I created this course to offer tools and practices to support people on their path toward authenticity and wholeness that you can turn to time and time again. The core practices are based in mindfulness meditation, ie being aware of feelings, physical sensations, and thoughts. I’ll also offer a number of supportive practices for folks to experiment with outside group classes.

Who is this for?

This series is for people who experienced changes such as a change in career, relationship, community, or move. The class series uses holistic mindfulness meditation techniques. People who experience the most out of classes like this come with an interest in learning, and openness to changing habits. There is no prior experience necessary.

Hi there! I’m Laura Adrian and I’ll be your guide through this 4-week program. I’m an eclectic seeker and I’ve been actively exploring spirituality and the healing arts for 18 years. I have been exploring how to move through change with grace and I’d like to share with you a process that can help you integrate changes in a beautiful and kind way. The course is primarily based in mindfulness techniques that can be done inside or outside in nature. As everything I offer, it will naturally have a holistic approach and include a variety of ideas and perspectives.

You’ll learn techniques that:

  • help you find your center throughout the day

  • offer wisdom, healing, and perspective

  • set in motion change, instead of repetitive thought patterns

  • support the release of any hurt, judgement and resentment

  • learn from experiences and create new habits that support what you care about most

  • open to possibility and make the most of your new situation

  • October 16th-November 6th (4 Sundays)

  • 7:00-8:00 pm CST/ 5:00-6:00 PST / 8:00-9:00 pm EST

  • Cost: $100 for the 4 class series.

  • Recorded yoga classes specifically designed to support your experience.

  • Series is limited to 15 participants.

  • Need-based partial scholarships available. Contact us here and include a paragraph explaining your interest in the program and financial need.

  • All sales are final. If you change your mind after registering and before October 16th, you may transfer your payment to another qualifying program.
