Life is always in motion and we’re not going to get away from ups and downs.  Relationships end, we don’t get the job we wanted, or we have difficulty saying what needs to be said.  

How do we navigate the winds of life in a way that’s authentic and empowering?  

How do we learn to move with the challenges of life instead of getting sucked into a downward spiral?

If you want more than to do more than survive these are good questions to start exploring—especially for those of us who tend to feel a lot—we might call ourselves sensitive.

Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Earthwork you’ll learn timeless practices that help strengthen yourself so that you can navigate life’s challenges with ease and confidence.

The practices you’ll learn help:

-Reduce stress when challenges arise

-Develop confidence walking your own path

-Understand how to navigate day-to-day living (such as money, relationships, boundaries, work, and family)

-Start living your dreams (instead of hoping someday they’ll happen)

Mini-retreat includes:

-2 Kundalini Yoga Kriyas that you can take home with you and practice to build a life that’s works on the mind, body, and heart to create a sense of roundedness

-Meditation that opens that you can practice at home that opens up the mind and heart to possibility, authenticity, and ease

-Easy to learn Earth-based practices to release blockages, nourish the mind/body, and awaken the heart

Is this really something I can learn and practice?

Even if you have had difficulty connecting and honoring your needs through speaking in the past, the process that is taught in this class will work wherever you’re at—whether you’ve done a lot of “work” in this arena or you’re brand new. This mini-retreat will help develop newfound confidence around speaking—like a muscle is something that can be strengthened.

Taking the practice home

Through the process the way you view emotions and process them will shift and you’ll carry with you into the world new habits and perspectives that will continue to evolve as you apply what you’ve learned in your life.
