This is a fun and supportive class for teens to learn yoga. In a class specifically designed for teens we will also introduce simple meditation practices in this class that the students will be able to practice at home (and use for the rest of their lives). Yoga is a wonderful way to gain flexibility and develop body awareness. There is also scientific evidence that yoga and meditation help to reduce stress and anxiety, while increasing happiness levels. All levels welcome.
