Exploring the Power of Your Authentic Voice
Simply speaking what feels true and honest for us humans can bring up all kinds of fear, judgement, and hesitation. We may have had traumatic, uncomfortable, or embarrassing experiences speaking (or not speaking up) in the past.
Our connection to our voice and speaking is one of the fundamental ways we connect to the world and something I’ve found that is worth investigating and exploring. While some may say “just be yourself,” being ourselves may appear to be filled with self-doubt, fear, and self-judgement. There’s not an easy cure-all solution, but this workshop provides a space to explore and heal matters of the voice.
Through kundalini based yoga (yes yoga can benefit the throat!), specific meditation styles, reflection and group process, as a collective we’ll journey through this realm.
