Grounding is a simple and easy technique that helps to clear the mind, reduce stress, and connect to the present moment (instead of worrying about the past or future).
At this event I'll teach two different ways to ground that anyone can learn. You may want to bring a blanket as we will be lying on the Earth for part of the time.
Bring a dish to share and we'll have a potluck to get to get to know each other!
