If you’re a small business owner or solo-prenuer, you probably know that creating your own workshop can be a great way to connect with new clients and also create leverage in your business. In this course we’ll cover a step-by-step process for developing and marketing a workshop that will sell. We will cover topics such as choosing a theme, content, delivery, pricing, marketing (social media, online, in-person), and how to handle negative thoughts and obstacles. People brand new to facilitating and marketing workshops will learn the foundational components to creating a successful workshop and more experienced business owners will develop a more refined strategy for getting the attendance and scaling up revenue.
