We all have sensitive hearts. As the sensitive heart begins to open we may face challenges. Without closing the heart, how do we navigate emotions, burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelm may arise from a sensitivity of the heart? In this workshop you’ll learn practical and applicable skills to support you in creating more resilience when it comes to challenging situations (and the routine stresses of life). The scope of the workshop is holistic and will involve yoga, mindfulness practices, emotion management, lifestyle adjustments all which support a centered, balanced, and authentic sensitive heart.
