Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Professional

Major Tasks include:
-responding to emails regarding retreats and upcoming events
-creating and managing spreadsheets (to track retreat participants, for example)
-minor website updates on Squarespace website (we’ll train you)
-responding to social media inquiries
Skills & Qualities Desired:
-Clear communication skills
Must be very dependable, able to work from home without distractions, and have regular access to internet.
There could also be opportunities for bookkeeping, event planning, graphic design, and social media marketing if interests and skills fit.
Compensation: Pay is based on experience and ranges from $15-25 per hour. You’ll also have opportunities to participate in events and workshops for free or a discounted rate.
This position will average 1-4 hours per week (could be a little more or a little less depending on the week). I’d like to work with someone who can support Whole Life Elevation for a couple years. Opportunity for additional hours as we grow.
