In this 5 week course we’ll cover essential kriyas and meditations from Kundalini Yoga that support the healing of chronic illness. We’ll also touch on yogic self-care practices and holistic reflection of your unique healing process.
The healing process of a serious illness is fertile ground for both compassion and learning. In my mid-twenties worked with Lyme Disease, and when modern medicine failed, I found yoga and alternative medicine to be very healing. I’ll teach you and send you copies of yoga practices and meditations for healing and happiness during times of illness so you can continue to practice in between sessions.
This course is most suitable for those who can comfortably withstand moderate exercise (modifications will be provided). It is designed for those with chronic illness related to the immune system. Email me if you’re not sure if this is the right fit for you.
