Empowerment Coaching is my signature style of coaching that integrates the mind, body, and spirit for small and large transformations in biz and personal life.
Through this style of coaching, we work with strategies that unlock limiting habits so that you can get more of what you want in life. My sessions are a culmination of what I have learned from yoga, meditation, CranioSacral Therapy, and years of unwinding my own limiting behaviors. I will also provide you with practices to support you in the shifts you are making, such as meditations, specific yoga practices, lifestyle adjustments etc as I see fit.
Why settle for something less than what you want?
My inspiration for this offering is to ultimately provide people with support to live with a greater sense of freedom, confidence, self-worth and personal power. Way back when I was in college, I was afraid to be me, I was afraid to be vulnerable, I was terrified of judgement and rejection. I frequently felt overwhelmed with emotions and stress.
Through an active desire to heal and transform these habits, I've come out on the other side where I regularly feel confident, creative, inspired, connected, and capable. It's not that I don't fail, or have setbacks, or doubt, but these things don't overtake me. Empowerment Coaching essentially helps people shift their habits, so that they can create more of what they want. The first step to living with more of what you want is believing it's possible. And it is.
This style of coaching is a path to create more freedom, joy, clarity, self-worth, and personal power in life.

What to expect:
-My undivided attention for 60 minutes on Skype, phone, or in person
-You tell me what's up, I listen whole-heartedly and provide you with my insights.
-I teach you techniques in the session and will email you guidelines to continue practices
-I'll also teach you any meditations and/or practices that I see could be supportive for you to integrate into your life
